The family run business, which was founded in 1982 by Michael Scott, manages several hundred units of rented properties in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the surrounding areas. The award was presented recently to Scott Castle Lettings at the NLA’s Dorset AGM and festive dinner.
UKALA Agency Accreditation is a national scheme based on continued professional development for property managers with built in safeguards such as client money protection and independent redress which are included in UKALA membership. The scheme offers greater consistency in property management and provides quality assurance for landlords, tenants and local authorities, many of which are increasingly looking to accreditation to improve all aspects of rental standards. UKALA Agency Accreditation is also recognised by the Mayor of London’s London Rental Standard
