CHARGES AND FEES
Up to 12½ % commission (variable) plus VAT on the achieved rental PCM / 4 Weekly Figure - Contact Scott Castle for a quote. Example - £550PCM (Rent Achieved) x 12.5% plus 20% VAT = £82.50
Arrange Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) where applicable - (charges vary depending on engineer used)
Tenancy Preparation Fee - £240.00 including VAT per property. This service includes producing and providing along with the services offered above.
