Due to a rise in the number of calls we are receiving both in and out of office hours for people who have locked themselves out of their property we now have no alternative but to charge for this service as a staff member is required to attend.
Keys cannot be collected from our office as this is a master set to the property.
One of Charge - £75 - This does not include replacement keys
If you have locked yourself out during office hours - 9am till 4pm - One of Charge - £25.00 - This does not include replacement keys
Payments can be made by cash , card machine or bank transfer.
Spare keys can be cut and left with a friend or family member to avoid these charges, if you have a security key, please contact our office and we can arrange for this to be cut. You also have the option as always to call a locksmith to attend at your own cost.

Due to a rise in the number of calls we are receiving out of office hours for people who have run out of electric meter cards and have not attended our office during office hours, we now have no alternative but to charge for this service should we have to attend the property.
Please prepare and ensure you have enough electric on your meter. The meter has an emergency element installed.
