All out of hours calls will be assessed before attendance.   

Please note that should a emergency call out not be deemed an emergency when they attend the tenant would be liable the call out charge. 

Please ensure that the service is used strictly for emergencies only. 

An emergency call out is not to repair or replace but to make safe until the issue can be dealt with during office hours.
